Plant and Pour

March 22nd

1-4 pm

Grayden Paul Park

Beaufort, NC

Celebrate Arbor Day with Crystal Coast Waterkeeper and Fishtowne Brew House. Join us for an afternoon of planting in Downtown Beaufort.

Meet at Grayden Paul Park at 1 pm. We will discuss the environmental importance of native plants. We’ll then head to areas identified by the Town of Beaufort to do some planting of our own!

Following planting, we will head over to Fishtowne Brew House to enjoy some awesome brews and refreshments. This is also an opportunity to learn more about Crystal Coast Waterkeeper’s upcoming programs to protect water quality through planting. If you can’t attend the planting portion, please feel free to stop by Fishtowne and say hello!

There is still opportunity for community sponsorship to support this project. For sponsorship information, please contact Program Coordinator, Rebecca Drohan.
