Join Coastal Carolina Riverwatch and representatives from Waterkeeper Alliance to learn about the threats animal Factory Farms pose to our state and communities and learn about CCRW efforts and how to help locally.
Event facilitators will provide persons wishing to make comments with the information needed to easily participate in this process. Event attendees will be emboldened to take corrective action in defense of clean water and healthy communities!
We will share important information about upcoming permit proposals for North Carolina’s swine, poultry, and cattle industries, and provide members of the public an opportunity to make their own written or recorded official comments to the state Department of Environmental Quality.
